Each asset is logged and tested against agreed criteria, providing you with an in depth asset status, which enables you to make informed decisions about your IT asset recovery, reuse and recycling strategy.
Depending upon the service level you opt for, we can log a range of parameters on the system such as hard drive size, motherboard type, screen type, RAM size,processor and software licenses to help you gain a detailed understanding of your IT assets.
You can specify testing requirements, enabling a client or project specific process; whether your primary aim is redistribution, component recovery, disposal, resale or returns management.
Any faults found are recorded using reportable fixed fault codes with repairs carried out in accordance with your agreement. Repairs are only carried out if they will add value to the equipment.
We check that all assets have all of the peripherals they are supposed to be returned with, such as cables, power supplies and carry bags.
Software reimaging can be performed after deletion, so that the computer is redeployed with your preferred software profile.
Should whole units not be suitable for re-use, we can harvest parts for resale.
